At Chris King Precision Components, we stand behind the quality of our American-made products and offer a 45-day return window for items in new, uninstalled condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Request an RA Number

  Contact our customer service team via email to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number, which is required for all incoming shipments.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the uninstalled components in their original retail packaging and clearly write the RA number on the outside of the shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship to Portland

  Send your return via a tracked and insured carrier to our Portland, Oregon facility to ensure safe arrival of your precision components.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
